About and Method
An independent public-record archive. This page explains how facts are ranked, what the site will not publish, and how to request a correction.
What this site is
PEGASUS ZERO-CLICK ARCHIVE is an independent investigative reference site. It is not a product page, not a hacking tutorial, and not an advertisement for spyware. It is written for journalists, lawyers, policymakers, and high-risk users, and it is readable by non-specialists.
Evidence ranking
Facts are ranked, highest to lowest:
- Court judgment
- Forensic lab report
- Company document in a court filing
- Major investigative consortium
- Single secondary blog (not used for uncorroborated exploit claims)
Every factual claim that is contested is labeled with an evidence badge:
What this site will not do
- No exploit code, byte patterns, PoCs, or reproduction steps.
- No target lists of private individuals beyond already-public cases.
- No sale, licensing, or procurement guidance.
- No claim that a named government ordered a specific 2026 infection unless a forensic lab or court has said so.
A note on the 2026 record
The confirmed 2026 zero-click case in this archive is Serbia (Citizen Lab + SHARE, 2 September 2026). June 2026 secondary-blog claims about a Mexican-journalist ImageIO chain and iOS 18.2.1 are not presented here as confirmed — they are not in a Citizen Lab primary report in this dossier.
Corrections
This archive is updated as the public record changes. The current stamp is 8 October 2026. If you believe a fact is wrong or a source is misstated, the corrections process is open: describe the claim, the correction, and a supporting source.
